Refund Policy

Overview

This policy explains when you can get your money back for a paid MetaGrad Academia course or batch. It applies to payments made through metagrad.net and forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Registration for our free workshops costs nothing, so no refund applies to it.

Eligibility for a refund

You can request a refund if all of the following are true:

• you request it within 7 days of your payment being confirmed;
• you have not attended any live session of the batch;
• you have accessed less than 20% of the course content;
• you have not downloaded materials, received a certificate or used any other benefit of the course.

Non-refundable cases

• Requests made after the 7-day window, or after you have attended a live session or passed the usage limit above.
• A change of mind, schedule clashes or missing sessions after the batch has begun.
• Access removed because of a breach of our Terms, such as sharing logins or recording sessions.
• Free workshops, demos and promotional offers that did not involve a payment.
• Bank, transfer or payment-gateway charges levied by third parties.

If we cancel or reschedule a batch

• If we cancel a batch, you can choose a full refund or a transfer to another batch.
• If we reschedule and the new date does not work for you, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of the announcement, even if you would otherwise be outside the window.
• We will tell you by email as soon as a decision is made.

How to request a refund

• Email support@metagrad.net from the address you used to enrol.
• Include your name, order number and the reason for your request.
• We may ask for the payer’s account details so we can return the money safely.

We will confirm whether your request is approved within 5 working days.

Refund processing timeline

Approved refunds are sent to the original payer account, by the same method used to pay, within 7 to 10 working days of approval. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit.

Access after a refund

When a refund is approved, your access to the course, recordings and materials ends, and your seat in the batch is released.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time and will change the “Last updated” date when we do. Orders are covered by the policy in force on the day of payment. Questions?
